Jerel Washington is the Founder and Principal of the Washington Home Sales Team at Keller Williams Realty – Princeton.
He has a background in technology from Silicon Valley and has held Director and VP positions in Sales, IT, Professional Services & Product Development. He utilizes this experience for the advantage of his clients and has sold homes in 16 townships in 2007.
Jérel started the Washington Home Sales Team in 2006 and currently has a core of 2 full time agents and 12 Buyers Agents throughout New Jersey. Jérel and his team has a goal for 2008 of 70 transactions. NAR ( The National Association of Realtors) says an average listing agent will List and Sell 6.6 homes per year. In his first 6 months Jérel had 12 transactions, Year 2 – 21 transactions, and in 2007 43 total transactions and of that 20 of them were Listings.
